Blue Line Jerky AZ  was founded by myself and my husband. We are focused on quality meats sourced from humane local markets. We love animals and respect their sacrifice in providing us with nourishment, therefore it is very important to us that the products we use are not only cost effect but that the meat comes from happy, healthy cows.

 

I am a veteran and have 15 years experience in healthcare, while my husband is a Law Enforcement Officer, hence the name of our business. The men and women in Blue are true heroes and a portion of our proceeds go to helping support our fellow friends in uniform.

We’ve been working hard to build a strong network of incredible vendors, which helps us to keep our costs down and offer unmatched quality at affordable prices. We hope you love our jerky and share it with your family and friends.

 

We started our business with one mission: To share what we love, our delicious protein packed jerky with our community, and the men and women in Blue. We are a new business producing small batches, but don't let that fool you, we've been in the kitchen for over 20 years making custom recipes. We've just been keeping it to ourselves...until now!

The original recipe was made with venison, brined and marinated for days, then dehydrated at a low oven temperature. Our focus now is providing 100% beef, sourced from local markets. We also make custom jerky with Venison and Elk sent to us by our customers. We pride ourselves on the smoky flavor and the zero to low sugar content of our product. We know you will love it, just like we do!
